Keith Bremer

Hi, I’m Keith Bremer and I work at Gravon’s Natural Chiropractic Center as a medical massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel better and overcoming acute and chronic problems. I focus on pain relief, recovery and stress reduction. I’ve been practicing for over 25 years and my experience in finding and resolving symptomatic areas has been very rewarding.

I specialize in MTR ( Muscular Tendon Release), Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Chi Massage or Energy Balance, Lymphatic, and Swedish or Relaxing massage. I received my degree at Bio Chi Institute in Sioux City, IA. What I love the most about this work is seeing the difference it makes, not just physically but emotionally too. My goal as a massage therapist is to work together as client and practitioner to create a healing environment.

I also farm outside of the office. My hobbies include, Chi Gong, Jiu Jitshu, gardening, fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. Recently I became licensed as a first responder so I’m excited about helping people in this capacity as well.

FAQs

What conditions can chiropractic care treat?
Chiropractic care can help treat a wide range of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, joint discomfort, and posture-related issues. At Gravon’s Natural Chiropractic Center in Worthington, MN, we take a holistic approach—evaluating the root cause of pain to provide long-term relief through spinal adjustments, therapeutic massage, and other natural methods. We also support patients dealing with chronic conditions like arthritis or repetitive stress injuries.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Yes, chiropractic care is widely recognized as a safe, non-invasive, and drug-free treatment option for musculoskeletal conditions. Our licensed chiropractor, Dr. Janine Bremer, uses evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient’s health history and needs. At our Worthington clinic, safety and comfort are prioritized through detailed evaluations and ongoing communication with each patient.
What should I expect at my first chiropractic visit?
Your first visit at Gravon’s Natural Chiropractic Center includes a full health consultation, spinal scan, and a comprehensive physical examination. Dr. Bremer will discuss your symptoms, perform a hands-on evaluation, and, if needed, recommend imaging or additional tests. From there, we create a personalized treatment plan that may include spinal adjustments, massage, acupuncture, and more.
Do you accept new patients and offer free consultations?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients and proudly offer free consultations and spinal scan exams at our Worthington location. This gives patients an opportunity to learn about our services without financial pressure and allows us to determine if chiropractic care is the right solution for their pain or condition.
Can chiropractic care help with headaches or migraines?
Absolutely. Chiropractic adjustments have been shown to reduce the frequency and intensity of tension headaches and migraines. At Gravon’s Natural Chiropractic Center, we focus on spinal alignment and muscle tension relief, two key factors contributing to headache pain. Many of our Worthington-area patients have experienced significant improvement through regular care.
How does acupuncture work in conjunction with chiropractic care?
Acupuncture complements chiropractic treatment by targeting nerve pathways and reducing inflammation. Small, sterile needles are inserted into specific points to stimulate natural healing responses. Used together, chiropractic and acupuncture enhance circulation, relieve chronic pain, and promote full-body wellness. This integrated care model is one of the many reasons patients in Worthington trust our clinic.
What is Zone Therapy and how can it benefit me?
Zone Therapy is a specialized technique offered at our clinic that restores balance across six bodily systems—such as the nervous, muscular, and digestive systems—by targeting specific brain-spinal connections. By focusing adjustments on these zones, Dr. Bremer helps “reset” the body to a more balanced, pain-free state. This advanced method is particularly helpful for patients with chronic or unexplained health issues.
Do you provide massage or cupping therapy for pain relief?
Yes. We offer therapeutic massage and cupping therapy, both of which are proven to reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, and enhance overall healing. Our licensed massage therapists work closely with Dr. Bremer to provide integrated care tailored to your condition. These services are popular among patients experiencing pain from farm work, manual labor, or sedentary jobs in the Worthington area.
How often should I see a chiropractor?
Frequency depends on your specific health goals and condition severity. Some patients benefit from weekly visits during the initial treatment phase, while others transition to monthly maintenance care. At Gravon’s Natural Chiropractic Center, we provide a custom care plan with recommendations that support lasting relief and long-term wellness.
